What Causes Bleeding In Early Pregnancy?

Hi im roughly 7 weeks pregnant, this is my 2nd child.. I have been lightly bleeding. but today it has gotten heavier, and a little stomach discomfort. i to my ob doctor last night and he said to make an appointment to be seen by another ob doctor, but theres no openings, i have a appointment on may 6th, but he wanted me to be seen before that. and all doctor offices r closed. what should i do, should i go into the ER?

You need to take this seriously as heavy bleeding should not take place when you are pregnant. Many patients who have these type of complaints land up having an abortion. So my advice to you is to visit your gynecologist as early as possible. It your gynecologist is not available you need to go to the ER. Hope that answers your question.
