General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to many medical conditions such as urinary tract infection or kidney stones.

I suggest doing a urinalysis and an abdominal ultrasound for further evaluation.

Meanwhile, I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
