What Causes Bleeding From The Mouth?

my alt was 1700.and this problem occour 15 days before the symptoms of hepatitus A.i am hostlied and i am student.....may it was due to the contaminated food.hepatitues cured after 2 months bud bleeding from mouth is still there.i consulted soo many doctors in islamabad pakistan.

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Since you had hepatitis with Alt of 1700, in a hostel life can be due to Hepatitis A which took 2 months to get cured.
The bleeding from mouth can be due to many reasons as follows:
Hepatitis causing alteration in prothrombin time and gets cured with Vitamin K injections.
Another reasons can be intra-oral pathology like gingivitis, ulcer or so.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Tests of blood: CBC, bleeding time, clotting time, prothrombin time, platelet count and liver function tests to have a review.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
Clinical evaluation and examination by an ENT or Oral Surgeon to see for any local cause that may be found o that it can be treated appropriately.
Hence the basic is to get to know the exact cause to get a proper management.
