What Causes Bigger Left Testicle?

My left testicle feels like it is twice the size of my right testicle. It feels like the epididymis is bigger but I can't really tell if it is an epididymal cyst. I also sometimes have to wake up early to go to the bathroom now when I never used to. Are these symptoms of epididymal cyst?

Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for query .The enlarged size of the testicle could be due to either of the following two reasons
1) Hydrocele (Collection of fluid around testicle or
2) Epididymal cyst .

Urgency for urination that you have could be due to UTI.

However the diagnosis can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified Urologist and doing following basic tests .
1) Urine routine and culture
2) Ultrasound scanning of Scrotum.

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Dr.Patil.
