Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

In the absence of any localizing signs for cause of infection, the cause of fever is likely to be non specific viral infection.
Do not be worried if the following criteria are fullfilled
1. Baby is accepting feeds well
2. Respiration is normal
3. No distension of abdomen
4. No respiratory symptoms

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
