What Causes Back Pain In Diarrhea And Fever?
I had extremely severe diarrhea a few minutes ago. i've had a fever for the past few days, but it is gone. The diarrhea was mostly water. I do not think I am dehydrated, because all I have been drinking is water constantly for days. It is also causing back pains, mostly lower. What could this be? I am 15 years old.

This is common in gastroenteritis , particularly when the large bowel is also inflammed to have a low-backache.
I would advise to to undergo a course of an antibiotic so that the original condition is cured . The backache should settle with this treatment.
If this persists, please go for clinical examination to find other probable cause.
