my endometrium size is 8mm and my pus cells in urine are 600 800. i am 20 yr female and my pus cells in urine have increased to 600-800 and the thickness of my endometrium is 8mm.is it bcoz of my urinal infection or something else?

Endometrial thickness depends on which phase of the menstrual cycle the scan was done.It can be 8mm in the pre menstrual phase.
The pus cells in the urine indicate urinary tract infection.You will need antibiotics for that.
