What Causes Abnormal Pulse After Medication For Mitral Valve Prolapse?

hi i am 36 years old female 75 kg weight i was diagnosed mitral valve prolapse 3 weeks ago my doctor put me on inderal 10mg 4 times daily but i still feel many symptoms like abnormal beat i hear my heart beats throbbing neck pulsations something that struggle me at my neck that shorten my breath muscle fasciculations constipation and heart burn

Dear Mrs,

If you steel have symptoms after taking medications, it means the medication and the selected dose don't work satisfactory in your case. Usually it is individual.
I would advise you to see your doctor to discuss your treatment, there are two possibilities either increase the dose of inderal or change the medication.
Also I would advise you the test your thyroid if you haven't done it before
