What Causes Abdominal Pain With Loss Of Appetite?

I am 40 year old man.i am suffering from sometimes abdominal pain & sometimes inflammation most of the time of day. This problem is running from many(about 20) years. on occasions I used antibiotics, antacids(ranitidine, hydroxides like NaoH etc). I am now also suffering from loss of appetite and weakness from the last 4 months. What is the cause? do I have a gastric ulcer,or stomach rash or H.pylori infection? or anything else? The pain is low to moderate. After eating something it reduces.it aggravates with intake of milk products and nuts.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about a 40 year old male suffering from abdominal pain for the last 20 years. On occasions use antibiotics and other medicines as mentioned, there is loss of appetite, weakness for the last 4 months, wants to know whether has gastric ulcer, H pylori infection, pain increases on intake of milk products and nuts..
This is such a self-explanatory problem as you have mentioned so well.
You look to be allergic/ intolerant to milk, milk products, particularly due to to the proteins in it and the nuts for the same reasons.
I would advise you the following:
Make a list of the foods and beverages that cause such a problem and stop them altogether and your problem will be solved.
This is called as prevention is better than cure.
There is no specific treatment other than stopping all such products that cause you pain in abdomen.
Keen observation alone helps to find out other products that cause similar problems.
I find this answer helpful
