What Causes Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy?
Im 18 wks pregnant (2nd child) and have been getting pain/discomfort in my lower right abdomen for the past couple of weeks (not ligament pain). During sex I had a huge gush of clear watery odourless fluid which has never happened before (no orgasm and not urine!). I later noticed some spotting (very little).

What u are explaining is more suggestive of an abortion if it was watery fluid
