What Causes Abdominal Pain And Lightheadedness?

I am a 32 year old female, 5'8" 205 lbs. My LMP was 7/20/2011. I have a positive pregnacy test. I am having occasional left-sided abdominal pain when I move. I also have light-headedness and nausea. I have not had any blood discard. My pulse has been varied between 92-102 bpm. My normal pulse is around 70-74 bpm. Please tell me what is going on and what should I do. I do not have health insurance

I understand your situation. Though the above mentioned symptoms except pain in abdomen can be seen in normal pregnancy other possibilities cannot be ruled out without examination and investigations.
So, please go for blood and other tests to know the exact causes of your problem during pregnancy.
Some of the causes which can present like this are,
a. Colitis
b. Enteritis
c. Indigestion
d. Urinary tract infection
e. Ectopic pregnancy etc
