What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Nausea And Acid Reflux?

Ive got pain in my adomen and want to know if its pancritis or just gastritis because the other day I got heartburn and then got neasea and vomited and then mhy throat I gad to clear it to talk right and afterwards I got some hurting under my ribs and its affecting my chest ..what do you suggest you think it is

Hi,

You are right pain of pancreatitis may resemble that of gastritis. Howe'ver the pain of pancreatitis is much severe, and sudden onset, continuous, and radiates to the back a lot. and not associated with reflux symptoms.

So your symptoms suggest more like gastritis rather then pancreatitis. If you have any doubt the confirmation can only be done by blood test serum amylase. I would suggest taking some antacids like Gaviscon, and lansoprazole, If it gets better then fine, otherwise see your doctor for proper assessment and management.
