What Causes Abdominal Pain After Stillbirth Due To Uterus Rupture?

Dear Doctor, I got C-Section on 9th May 2011. I delivered a dead baby due to uterus rupture. I remained hospitallized for 9 days. I got discharged with the prescription medication of 5 days antibiotic and multivitamins for 2 months. I took medicine regularly. 2 Months passed, but I am still suffering from abdominal pain. According to latest ultrasound report of pelvic screening, a cyst have been seen in the lower abdominal section. I would like to get your wise opinion at this stage as I am still with pain.

The pain can be due to post-operative adhesions or the cyst you mentioned might be getting twisted.
Confirm with CT scan. A diagnostic Laparoscopy is the best answer as you can see everything inside and get treated accordingly.
