I am 37 female, healthy, run 3 miles everyday and eat pretty healthy. Lately I have noticed a more bloated belly and for the last few days I have a side ache like pain on my left side lower right hand corner of my ribs that comes when I walk...just regular walking like to the grocery store. It is a 4-5 in pain, and goes away the min. I stop moving. I am not constipated, and I have no other symptoms. It is getting in the way of my workouts, as running is to painful. The pain is somewhat relieved if I push in under my ribcage while running but its just not feasible to continue to do this, as I am getting sore ffrom the pushing in also. Any Suggestions?
