Am a 22 yr old female, 158 cm height,weighs 52kg suffering from stomach upset since 7 yrs,at that very early my doctor suspected gastritis and took omeprazole for a month ,done endoscopy reports were normal,later suspected to have ibs,i stopped taking medications and i always have problems with my bowel sometimes loose stools but most of the time i feel constipation,7 months back my abdomen ache turned worse and still worse immediately after having food and i found mucus and blood(not mixed) for a week, when i consulted doctor i was referred for stool test,but due to some reasons i didn't have it done.since then i see my stool appearance changed as i could see mucus kind of always,and since 2 months my stomach is all day upset,if i eat food in the evenings i cant sleep during night until and unless i empty my bowel,but i couldn't pass all my stool out though i feel like, sometimes it is so severe that i couldn't even let gas out,but i manage it daily by doing yoga for constipation,i don't understand whether my problem is with my gastric motility or some kind of serious illness,but i haven't consulted any doctor yet.i never experienced vomiting, fever,weight loss,loss of apatite and infact i feel hungry all the time,i burp a lot and flatus early in the morning,suddenly i wake up with abdomen ache and urge to empty my bowel but feel difficulty. sometimes loose stools during morning,i could again fall asleep only if i could pass it only.
