Hello,
Thanks for letting us know your health concern. I have gone through your query and would like to offer some information. Puckering can occur when there is a shrinkage of tissue. Infection in the past which may have caused scarring is often responsible. This cannot be a sudden change. Perhaps you did not notice it earlier. Considering your age, you have to get regular clinical evaluation and plan further management accordingly. Hope this helps.
