What Causes A Feeling Of Pulling And Stretching After Basal Cell Carcinoma?

ABOUT A YEAR AND 6 MONTHS I HAD A BASAL CELL CARCINOMA REMOVED OFF MY BACK ABOUT THE MIDDLE OF BACK NEAR THE BONE GOING DOWN THE BACK. I HAVE NO TENDERNESS NO REDNESS NO LUMP, HOWEVER I DO FEEL SOME PULLING OR STRETCHING . COULD THIS BE SCAR TISSUE AND WHEN I MOVE I HAVE THIS PULLING SENSATION.
