General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Usually there are stiches after the Mohn surgery. Most cases, the sutures will dissolve on their own. If you have sutures that do not dissolve, we will remove them at a follow-up visit approximately 2 weeks after your surgery.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
