General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to global pharyngeus.
Globus pharyngeus makes the throat feel partly blocked. Patients experience this feeling often refer to a lump in the throat.
Some others describe the sensation as scratchy, throbbing, tense, or like they have a pill stuck in their throat.
Anxiety and psychological symptoms can cause the globus pharyngeus.
An endoscopy is needed to exclude other possible causes.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
