What Causes A Feeling Of Mass Inside The Nose Having The Ear Tube Placed In The Right?

I have an odd sensation in my right ear r/t ear tube placement. If I blow my nose I feel a mass that is uncomfortable. Moving the head any direction I can feel it, especially when leaning my head forward and down. I ve had the tubes in for about 4 months.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of ear tube in right ear for 4 months and feeling of a mass in the right nostril on blowing nose or moving head.
This can be due to polyp or an actual mass.
I would advise you the following:
- CT scan of the nose and the sinuses.
- Endoscopy of the nose by an ENT Surgeon.
Proper treatment of the disease found on this can give you the relief.
