What Causes A Dull Pain In My Groin?

I've had a dull pain in my groin for about two weeks now. The pain is limited to the right side. I dont remember doing anything to aggrevate it. The pain lately is radiating to my hamstring and to above my knee through my thigh. I am also experiencing pain in my right testicle, pain during urination, pain during ejaculation, and difficulty getting / maintaining an erection.
