I just got results of some lab test which revealed my Folate @ 39.2 ng/ml and my B12 level @ 1941 pg/ml. I had some other levels above normal also but those two concerned me. The test also revealed positive for RA. I have not met with the Dr. yet to discuss the results, just got the results from my echart on line. I sought medical treatment over a year ago when my tailbone became painful to sit. Nothing was found but continued to get worse. Was sent to physical therapy in Oct., more test done still nothing found. Steroids helped with the pain but then I started having all kinds of body aches and pain. I have had severe fatigue, weakness, joint pain, swelling in the joints & muscles areas, itching, mouth sores, heart palpatations, chest tightness, coughing, breathing issues along with some other minor problems. The blood test were ordered yesterday when I went in with all the above. What could cause the B12 & Folate to be so high?
