What Cause Vertigo After Treated Cold?

I have been feeling nauseous and i have a feeling a vertigo. I am also very thirsty. This started yesterday afternoon. I just had a complete panel of bloodwork done for a checkup and was told all was well, just low, calcium, vitamin D and a higher than normal white blood cel count associated with allergies. I have just gotten over a very nasty cold.
