As per your complain it seems that you have an ear infection and the green discharge that smells like fish seems to be infectious fluid known as pus.. Pain and swelling is also due to infection.. I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and ooscopic examination can help in confirmation of diagnosis... In case of infection the Physician can advise you to take antibiotics like Augmentin or Clindamycin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, decongestants like Pseudoephadrine.. Antibiotic ear drops and nasal decongestants can be advised.. Manual draining of pus can also be advised as well as if there is chronic infection Pressure equalization tubes that will help in preventing clogging and easing drainage can be done..
