OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. Mild to dull cramps, pink discharge and pain in thighs are the symptoms that you may have preterm labour (labour before 37 weeks of pregnancy). Swelling in feet can be due to pressure of the uterus on leg veins or may be due to increased blood pressure (pre-eclampsia). Heartburn is common in third trimester due to increased uterine size and hormonal effect.
I would suggest you to consult your OBGYN specialist as soon as possible so that you can be properly examined, investigated and treated.
Hope this answers you question.
Wishing you good health.
