ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi , your daughter clinical history is suggestive upper respiratory track infection with bilateral eustachian tube blockage.

I would prescribe you , Steam Inhalation , Antiseptic Mouth Wash, Ibuprofen & combination of Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Leukotriene antagonists Montelukast .

Certainly above treatment will give you much relief but if relief is not upto satisfaction level then consultation with your ENT doctor will become essential.
Hope this helps , Thanks.
