Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per the description, this indicates urinary tract infection secondary to dehydration or alteration in urine pH.

I recommend following points for better recovery
- Drink plenty of liquids.
- Mix contents of cranberry sachet with a glass of drinking water and drink.
- Avoid further consumption of alcohol till recovery.
- Get a urine microscopy and antibiotic prescription from your family doctor.

Wish you fine recovery.

Take care.
