hi a one night i was drinking heavy and i could not use the restroom despite trying several times do to anxiety . i felt allot of pressure and then all of a sudden my bladder felt like it rumbled and went in the opposite detection an i hand no more pressure . sense then it seems like i do not have allot of pressure behind my urine and can be very yellow and smells and i do not take the usual morning pee like 1/4 of what it used to be .
I recommend following points for better recovery
- Drink plenty of liquids.
- Mix contents of cranberry sachet with a glass of drinking water and drink.
- Avoid further consumption of alcohol till recovery.
- Get a urine microscopy and antibiotic prescription from your family doctor.
