What Can Cause Tiredness While Sleeping?

when i wake up in the morning about 6:00 AM, I am very tire and mentally not awake. About 2 hours later I am doing much better. I eat breakfast and drink coffee and water. I usually go to bed about 9:00 PM. About 3:00PM I start feeling tired. These symptoms have been going on for quite a while.

Hi there,

Thanks for your query. More information is required to reach to a conclusion.

However, your problems may be due to anemia, underactive thyroid or mental depression (particularly if you a disturbed sleep).

You need to get Hemoglobin and Thyroid hormones checked.

Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me, order required tests, and- based on the reports- will prescribe suitable/modified treatment as advised.

If you find my response helpful and informative, do not forget an “excellent” (5-star rating) to my answer, to ENCOURAGE ALL doctors- engaged in social service- to render sound advice to the FREE queries.

Take care,
