What Can Cause Pain In The Neck Along With Vomiting Sensation?
I am experiencing pain the back of the neck (Head n neck junction) and shoulders since 2days. Sometimes i'll not be able to sit comfortable for few minutes, later it would be fine. I sit and work most of the times. I sometimes have vomiting sensation with the pain and appetite loss

With your symptoms I am Inclined to think in terms of cervical spondylosis .
I would suggest pain killers , muscle relaxants, physiotherapy and anti vertigo drugs. The long term emphasis will be on Muscle strengthening neck exercises.
