Hello,

Continue the medicine till week. post which starts exercise for knee muscles. like static hamstring and static quadriceps. post which resistance training should give excellent results.

Most cases I see in my clinical experience of 12 years at your age have early signs of osteoarthritis of the knee. With exercise, they are better.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
