What Can Be The Reason For Not Getting Periods?

Hi I am 20 years old. I have not had a period in 16 months. I am not pregnant. I am 5 ft 9 and weigh 132 pounds. I have always been thin. I am a runner. I had a normal period, every 28 days since 12 years old. I have always played sports, in high school, two sports. I went on the pill at 17 for acne and was on ocella for about a year and a half. When I stopped, I never had another period. I was thinner when I stopped (about 120), but have gained the weight back. I have also suffered from extreme anemia (without having a period) and had an iron infusion to help, which it did immensely. I also have stomach issues and have had them since birth, ( a reflux problem). I am a college student and have done well academically, but have been very stressed. So, I have been to the doctors. I had an MRI on the pituitary and all is ok. I have no thyroid issues. I had an endoscopy, all clear, but flunked the gastric emptying test. So, I know i have gastroenparises. But, since I eat extremely healthy, I can t really fix that. I am trying out zypan starting today since traditional medicines and diet have not improved my reflux problem. The endocrinologist has suggested provera, but my estrodial level is at 20, which may be too low to even get a period. So, what to do. I am sure everything has some connection as to why a healthy twenty year old athlete would suffer from no periods, anemia and constant stomach issues. I have also lessened my workouts and running to get a period. I have considered going on anxiety medicine, but am thinking if my hormones were more regulated, maybe everything else would work. I have been anti birth control pill since I think they screwed up my system to begin with, but am considering going on one just to kick start my system and maybe regulate me again. I am not sexually active so birth control is only a hormone help. FSH 6.3, LH 5.1, Estradiol 20.1, Progesterone .4 These were my test results one week ago. Help! I am doctored out, but still feel sick all the time.
