What Can Be The Reason For Dizziness?

I bought a blood glucose tester today. Ive been getting really dizzy, confused, and shaky. I stopped ate some KFC and felt alittle better checked my blood after left walmart about 1 and half after I ate and it read 143 mg. I still dont feel right I dont understand this?

It doesn't mean that you have low or high blood sugar content. eating three meals a day with the right amount of proteins can help. I suggest you do a follow up with your primary care doctor.
