What Can Be The Reason For Continuous Cramps?

I have cramps consistently throughout my body but what's really been hurting is this numbness in my right breast. It sometimes spread to my right underarm, too. It feels like a cramp/numbness but it is extremely painful. It lasts anywhere between 10-30 minutes at a time and comes once every couple days. What could this be? ): I was recently diagnosed with Graves Disease, so is it related in any way?
