What Can Be Done To Treat Severe Pain In Knee Joints?

hii my mother is 50 and she is facing lots of problem due to severe pain in her knee joints,the only way is to take pain killers but to get it correct for all time please advice any medicine or therapy.

Does she need any food suplement, please prescribe.

I think she needs total knee replacement. This surgery will take care of he r pain and she will be very happy. Rest all treatment like pain killer , massage, physiotherapy are not permanent cure and has their own side effects. Send me your mother's x ray to offer you better advice.
