General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the food poisoning, may be from the wild wings. You needs to be treated promptly.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, ranitidine, lactic acid bacilli, and loperamide when there is frequency.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
