What Can Be Done To Prevent Bleeding And Miscarriage?

Previously had two miscarriage, one due to no heartbeat and other due to bleeding. Now I'm 7 weeks pregnant. One week ago, I had brown spot then stopped. After seeing doctor and did a ultrasound, doctor gave dydrogesterone. After taking dydrogesterone, two days later started streaks of red during passing motion then spotting. Will be seeing doctor for other ultrasound again. What can be done to prevent bleeding and miscarriage? Am worried. Shall I get proluton depot? The last miscarriage doctor gave the jab and later bleeding start and miscarriage. What is the best solution?

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

Lots of medicine and bed rest will be required with serial ultrasound examination, micronized progesterone; aspirin 75 has to be started.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
