Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi dear user
Thank you for using HCM

This medication is a female hormone (estrogen). It is used by women to help reduce symptoms of menopause (such as hot flashes, vaginal dryness) and for the prevention of postmenipausal osteoporosis, that are caused by the body making less estrogen.

Common side effects include skin redness/irritation at the application site, nausea/vomiting, bloating, breast tenderness, headache, or weight changes.

When a woman use estrogen a progestin should be considered to reduce the risk of endometrial cancer so in my opinion you still need to use progresteron.
Start therapy with Minivelle 0.0375 mg per day applied to the skin twice weekly. Dosage adjustment should be guided by the clinical response.

Anyway my advice is to talk with your treating doctor for the right dose and the follow-up.

Wish you good health.
