Hello,
It is mypleasure and privilege to help you,
I have reviewed your history and symptoms, As you are having sinus problems for many years and having allergy to most of the things.
For these type of symptoms i would have suggested to undergo skin prick test to identify the proper allergen causing problems to you.
After identifying the allergen your treating doctor can suggest the appropriate treatment for the allergy. This can help you also.
Thank you.
