What Are The Treatments For Pimples And Dark Spots On Face?

Hi.. I have pimples and some dark spots on my skin. My skin colour is also dark... I used melalite-xl creame 2 years back it gave me fair skin and my pimples are also gone...but the problem is after stopping using that creame again i got pimples and dark spots and my skin also got darken.. what can i do now to get rid of this problem....

Hi and welcome to HCM. Melalite -xl contains hydroquinone , tretinoin and momatosone. It is prescribed for hyperpigmentation . Momatosone is a moderately potent steroid, which should not be used for long time .It causes thinning of skin, atrophy hypopigmentation (which you think is fair skin), visible blood vessels and dependance. Hydroquinone and tretinoin as such dont cause dependance. It is not advisable for long time use. follow few advices
1. use a good sun screen dirung day time
2. use kozimax cream at night for dark spots
3.Fairness will come back after 2-3 months
4. Eat nutritious diet (foods rich in VITAMIN C)
5. Avoid sun exposure.
6. Wash your face frequently in day time
