What Are The Treatments For Constipation, Overweight And Vitamin D Deficiency?
i have constipation and sticky stool and my weight is 90 kg i have extreme gas and i myself cannot control in eating and i have vitamin d deficiency and i got a sound in my knees while walking i have fat around my belly buttock and thigh. please suggest a remedy and tell me if i have worms that force me to eat
Hi I read carefully all your concerns and I am sorry for your situation.
Firstly i would suggest changing your lifestyle as following : - use plenty of water( 2-3 L) - use foods reached in fiber like vegetables and fruits. - avoid fatty and sweet foods - increase your physical activity ( running, walking, swimming) If It is not enough you can use lactulose to avoid constipation.
I strongly suggest to consult dietitian to perform strict diet day after day and week after week to lose weight.
With regards to your suspect of worms please run fecal analysis for ova and parasites.
With regards to vitamin D deficiency please consult your physician to prescribe oral vitamin D or Inject-able. Wishing you all the best Dr.Klerida
