I have a couple tiny barely visible spots on the head of my penis; as they almost look like birthmarks or sun spots but appear odd because I have never noticed them till now. They are not raised and appear to be purple or brown in color. What could they be? I have not had unprotected sex since I was tested and was negative for all bacterial and viral tests hat could be done.
