Hi,
Panic attack can be described as an episode of sudden increase in anxiety associated with symptoms like restlessness, palpitations, choking sensation, tremors, sweating and feeling as if one is going to die or go crazy. The symptoms that you have described seem to be part of panic attacks. In addition, you also seems to be suffering from other anxiety conditions like fear of closed spaces. I would like to know how often these attacks occur and are there situations that you dread and avoid like being alone at home, being in a lift, crowds. If that is so, you might be suffering from panic disorder with agoraphobia. i would advice you to consult a psychiatrist and start treatment as this condition is amenable to treatment. Had I been your psychiatrist, I would have advised some basic investigations like ECG, thyroid profile and offered you medications (one of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors like sertraline, etc). You might also benefit from behavior therapy sessions if someone in your locality can offer you that.
Best wishes.
