Jaundice is a yellow discoloration and it self is a symptom of hyperbilirubinemia. get complete liver functions assessment and biliary assessment for the jaundice. 9.6 is too much for age of 23. needs to sort out hepatic or post hepatic causes for it. get to a gastroenterologist and let them help you.dont wait for some more serious symptoms
