Most of the time high blood pressure is an accidental discovery and is found during regular check up .The common symptom of increased blood pressure is unexplained headache;flushing or feeling of heat in body;and can occur due to stress;age;and even in pregnancy;disturbed vision;nausea;congested feeling in head etc.If you have any of these please get BP checked daily for 3-5 days if possible twice a day and if all the readings are above normal then you have high BP for which the doctor will give treatment.
