Hi Suparna,

Welcome to HCM Forum,

I can understand how you might be feeling after having repeated unexplained headache, but i am glad by information that you trying to keep a record about a condition which precipitates your problem.

There are different - different types of headache.Among these ,Migraine is kind of headache where usually some different kind of sensation just before it starts, characterized by throbbing type of pain, usually one sided one, with associated giddiness, nausea, vomiting, noise intolerance and not relived by sleep - lasts for long time.

Headache is one of essential future of all types of fever (typhoid, common cold, malaria etc...),so having headache only during fever and not other time is not to worry can be related to that fever only - appropriate treatment of fever will subside this.

Brain for its normal function requires adequate hydration and energy special in form of glucose which usually fulfilled by frequent/regular meals. So you might get occasional headache due to dehydration or hypoglycemia.

As you not mentioned details of your headache episode it not possible to tell you diagnosis and treatment. So best advisable is you meet in person to nearest physician or psychiatrist in person - after detailed evaluation they will definitely guide you further.

Till then continue to maintain Headache diary mentioning about approximate time / date of episode, personal (food, hydration status, other illness etc),social , environmental situation at time of episode and other information above mentioned symptoms along with this.

Keep yourself well hydrated always, don't skip your meals, practice regular relaxation technique and exercises.

Hope it helps to you.
Best regards.
