HIV AIDS Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Herpes infection is commonly of two types.
1.One is Herpes simplex infection occur either as grouped vesicles or tiny grouped ulcers in and around genitals or mouth.
2. Another is called as Herpes Zoster which occur along a nerve course, highly painful and have manifestation over an reddish rash blisters occur and they get ulcerated and never crosses the midline.
All these lesions are mostly localized and not generalized.
HIV 2 would not have manifestations over leg and trunk. Consult your physician for further help.
