What Are The Symptoms Of Early Pregnancy?

I have high basal body temperature, feeling nauseous but not vomitting. I have spotting since yesterday. But today I am on light bleeding. My breast are larger than normal size. Haven't tried using PT kit. My last menstruation is June 30. I am on duphaston for 10days (july16-24). Could I be pregnant? If not, why I am feeling this way? is this due to duphaston? I am on my 2nd month of taking duphaston. Last month I have heavy bleeding. I had duphaston for 7months wayback year 2009. my ultrasound says I am normal with retroverted uterus.

Hello,
Rise in basal body temperature is a feature of pregnancy and is due to the progesterone effect. In this scenario, it could also be due to the external use of progesterone. You can confirm/exclude pregnancy with clarity if you get an assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres. HPT may not be of such sensitivity and specificity. A repeat trans-vaginal sonogram is also useful if performed after a week. High estrogen levels also can cause nausea and breakthrough bleeding. Hope this helps.
