pre menstural symptom are symptom whic occur befor the onset of menstruation like mood swing, appearence of pimple, appearence of back pain. early pregnancy symptom is the absence of the mensus, breast sorness, feling of vomiting, change in the desire for food habits

PMS is characterised by mood swings, heaviness in the breasts; where as in pregnancy you miss your period and have early morning nausea and vomitting.
