What Are The Symptoms Of An Ovarian Cyst?

I have severe abdominal cramping in the pevlic area and to the right side with heaviness/pressure between my legs. I had an attack on Dec. 17th 2010. The pain was almost debilitating. Since then on occasion I feel bloated, also when I sit or lay down I get dull cramping and nausea. I have seen an OB GYN and they said their is nothing wrong. (I thought it could have been a ovarian cyst). They told me that is was probably my bowels. I went to see another doctor and had a colonoscopy done and they said it was clear (thought it could have been my appendix or right colon). I'm at a loss they want me to get a full GI tract evaluation but I don't want to go for them to tell me its clear. What is this pain and heaviness/pressure coming from? I have had it a total of 3 times in the past year and 1/2 all the same, except this time it is sort of lingering.
