Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

I understand that you have been going through a difficult time due to your mental health issues. From the description of your symptoms, it is possible that you could be suffering from a Bipolar disorder. Bipolar dosorder is a mental illness which is characterized by alternating periods of depression and mania / hypomania.

However, you have also mentioned that you have paranoia that people are talking about you and that you talk loud without meaning to. These symptoms could be indicative of a psychosis. Since, you seem to have both mood as well as some psychotic symptoms, it is essential that you have a proper psychological assessment to detemine your diagnosis. It is difficult to pinpoint the diagnosis eith this very limited information and so a detailed history and evaluation is required. So, I would advise you to consult a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and further treatment.

Wish you all the best.
